Always one to go against the flow of popularity... I'd have to say the 1291-CC.
Seriously though, of the "pro" level instruments I've played, which means everything down at WWBW from Miraphone, Rudy, and MW, and my teacher's Hirsbrunner, the 1291 is the clear choice, with the exception of extreme high range stuff, which was a little more solid on the Hirsbrunner.
