Otto Wiemar = B&S?

Post by doublebuzzing »

I searched the forum and there seem to be some conflicting answers. Were Otto Wiemar tubas B&S-made or were they made in China or something?

Does stencil mean "made by B&S under a different name"?

Here is an Otto Weimar tuba I had through here a few years ago. Pretty sure it was a B & S 'stencil'. It did not have a bell garland but smacked of all the other B & S stencils I've had the pleasure of knowing. Good horns.

Send me an email. I had pictures but somehow the horn escaped my database. I just need to know your name and when you bought it.
