I've been playing a MW 25 and a Miraphone 187, and I'm interested in a MW 18 as being more portable/better for brass quintet. Can anyone offer a comparison? Do they play similarly? I tried out a Miraphone 282 and was pretty happy with it; I felt like it played almost exactly like the 187.

I don't think I've played them back to back, but I liked the rotary HoJo over the 18. It seemed more polished.
