Hey Guys,
I have been playing off an older version Im not sure the publisher, but the Wesley Jacobs arrangement of this Flute Sonate. I recently ordered a new one from Hickeys and started playing through it and this company Tuba Euphonium Press offers a watered down version of this( It omits things, changes rhythms, and leaves things out) that is not the Wesley Jacobs arrangement I have been playing. I was wondering how to get in touch with them to ask them about changing the advertisement of this piece.
Thanks
Nick

What does the listing say? if it doesn't SAY it's Wes' arrangement, it isn't. You got what you paid for.
Why not get a copy of a flute edition and play off it, and you can make your own edition if you get an Urtext.

I'd say he DIDN'T get what he paid for.eupher61 wrote:What does the listing say? if it doesn't SAY it's Wes' arrangement, it isn't. You got what you paid for.
Bignick1357, Hickeys lists both the Jacobs and the Cooley arrangements of the flute sonata (the Jacobs is published by Encore Music), so they may have sent you the wrong one by mistake.
