The tuba player uses a touch of vibrato on the upper A (lowest space on the staff) at the spot that Alex cites (1:26).

I might be answering my own question, but the tempo may be somewhat slower than other performances of Mahler 6.

Great performance by Dave Glidden, from Bloomington-Normal, IL, former student of Dan Perantoni. I think he has been the orchestra for at least 25 years.
