It appears that this one has both the Eb and F slides. (Shown in Eb. Take out the extension for F.) You just don't see too many of these around with the convertible feature.

Don't know if you would remember but my little Schuster BBb tuba has a similar extension for the main tuning slide. Removing the extension raises the open pitch ~ 26 cents. Do you suppose this might have been a high/low pitch adjustment?
