Which laskey shank is more fitting for a miraphone, A or E?

I have a 186 BBb, would a American or European shank Laskey mouthpiece be a better fit?

I'm guessing it might depend on the year it was made, but I'm pretty sure most of the ones made in the last 10-15 years are mostly American shank.
