The only 4 valve 20k sousaphones I've heard of were made by Harvey Hartman however hé never stamped a 4 on the extra valve.
Thèse valves are certainly from a 24J/25J tuba.

Whoever bids on these parts should understand that the pistons for a 2XJ and 2XK are not the same bore and certainly don't have the same port configuration.
The seller doesn't seem to know this from the description.
