MW Tuono in California ???

Does anyone have a Tuono (a.k.a. Meinl Weston 5450 RA) in California (preferable in the SF Bay Area or nearby) that one could go look at and maybe try out ? Not to buy used, just to try playing for a little bit?

I know someone who is in the market for a 5-valve CC tuba. We know where to try out and perhaps buy Adams, Hirsbrunner, PT-6, and a handful of Miraphones (as those are available in stores nearby, meaning within a 6-hour drive). There are even a few Rudy Meinl's floating around the southwest (unfortunately, too far away for day trips). But I have no idea where one could go and look at a Tuono, and maybe play a few notes on it, to get a feel whether it's significantly different from its Miraphone and B&S cousins.

Tony Clements had pictures of himself with one on Facebook recently. He's in the Bay area, but it wasn't clear to me whether the Tuono was his or someone else's. It appears that he was using it in a performance. Maybe reaching out to him would be productive.

Thanx for the suggestion! Yeah, I pinged Tony about it when I saw that image. He's around 8 hours north of me, so it may be a while before I'm in his area traveling. A Tuono here in L.A., where I live, might be a bit more convenient... although I'd certainly like to try Tony's too. He seems to think very highly of it.

We've seen Tony's Tuono, both in person in his studio, and on the stage at the symphony. Please contact him, as he probably has contacts to where it came from, and through those contacts might know whether there is one coming to the LA area.
