Awesome playing, but with all due respect, that wasn't exactly much of a toe-tapper (which would have made more of the folks shut up). I would not expect much more than this level of paying attention, though there are certainly some observant people in the crowd. Besides, how many string quartets play these gigs, have very fine players, and get even less notice? This video is only relevant to us since we like the tuba.
(Reminds me of a quote from Wynton, something like "if you play for applause, that's all you'll get.")
