My first tuba was one of those Willson solo models in CC. I sold it to Scott Mendoker in '96, maybe he can tell us who it went to after him.

I knew someone in Baltimore with a CC solo model, which he bought as new. With a detachable bell too. It was in horrible need of a valve alignment l, so it did not play well. I would imagine it was actually a very fine horn.

Steven Shoop also has a Marzan/Willson 'solo' model but I can remember if it's a CC or BBb tuba.
