Did you meet the seller? I'm glad this horn fell into the hands of someone who appreciates it.
However... this sort of auction activity REALLY pisses me off! The seller had this horn listed here:

... and took the listing down telling Ebay the item was 'lost or broken'. What an ***!
The comment that the item had no bids is an absolute lie!

a funny coincidence...I have a Cerveny Kaiser Bb sitting next to me with the same valve design.
The valve alignment is quite straightforward as you can see from the photo.

Willson makes a BBb and an Eb tuba with this valve set up. Very nice horns. The Eb was the best tuba I have ever played.
