I think it is the arrangement by Albert Ligotti.

It isn't the Ligotti arrangement that I own (copyright 1968, Cor Pub.), unless they have written the D.C. and coda back into it.

You are absolutely right! According to the booklet with the Strauss & co CD, it is the Ligotti arrangement with an added coda by Horst Küblböck.

You know what? I think I have owned that tuba (Melton 2145CC with goldbrass bell) for a while ... traded it for a 4/4 BBb Rudy, could not get used to CC playing...
It had Jon Sass's name engraved on the bell.
