Backlog at houser?

Post by Euphistuba »

Morning all
I wanted to see if any of you were having difficulty getting orders from Houser mouthpieces

In the past it's never been an issue but I'm stumped as to what's currently happening. I ordered a Sellmansberger symphony with a standard rim. Usually it would take about ten days from order to arrival. I ordered on march 18 and after three weeks I email to get a date. The date given was shipping on April 4. As of yesterday I still don't have it and I should have seen it certainly by the 10th two emails sent haven't been answered.

Hope everything is ok up there. I know backlogs happen but some word about that would have been helpful Anyone else having issues?

Joe
Sadly I didn't think to order from you! He did post a pic of some rims on Facebook April 8 so maybe that's a hopeful sign. Deeply appreciate the quality of his work and your design However I'm hearing from a few others on here that the lack of communication is as irritating to us as the speed issue

I learned this the hard way too. It's better to just call Joe.

Then why not have Joe as the only outlet ? Doesn't make sense to me to offer web commerce and not be able to fill that order in a months time

Update to this..... New date of last week of April. Deeply frustrating. I will know to order from Joe next time!

Alright, even though "noone" is an accepted spelling, just like everyone, anyone, etc., I changed it to the "preferred" spelling so no one will think I am trying to have a showdown at the OK Corral before lunch.
