Good music websites

What are some good websites where I would be able to download or at least listen to recordings of band and orchestra music (but mostly band music). I know about the army sites but what about some good high schools and universities?

I know about Limewire, I actually have Limewire but even with that it is hard to find music. I'm not looking to do anything illegal, I just like to hear recordings of what the piece sounds like.
