Yup! Sometimes "rare" is a good thing, and sometimes "rare" means there is a good reason there aren't more of them...

Seller's expectations have fallen... Seller is careful, doesn't know what he got so instead of selling it for 1k-2k started from other end in case he has real treasure. I would probably do the same thing while not knowing the value of what I got.
