Stolen instruments in Houston TX

Post by Scott C »

I have a huge favor to ask of Houston Texas area musicians. Last night The US Army Field Band Brass Quintets instruments were stolen. The police are investigating, and there is video surveillance, so I can't go into too much detail. I copied the info below. If you see any of these, please contact me or the police. I thank you in advance for your assistance

Blackburn 676 Bb trpt Scherzer 316181 this has rotary valves
Hirsbrunner Tuba HB-2P 44355
Schmidt triple wrap French horn 22002
Edwards trombone 0505003

Also stolen were Bass clarinet, alto clarinet and some drum equipment, music, mouthpieces, mutes, metronomes, etc

Scott,

Sounds like TUSAB 20-plus years ago, also in Texas. Hope they find the perps. John Taylor

The perps obviously didn't know too much about music - who would steal an alto clarinet???

Then they'll come back and find their car FULL of alto clarinets...
Instead of talking to your plants, if you yelled at them would they still grow, but only to be troubled and insecure?

You should probably post this also on the Trombone Forum, which has a large number of members in the Houston area.
Or I could do it for you.
