I had never seen rotary valves like these before, the stop corks seem to be mobile with a single fixed pin.
Is this unique?

The original valves on my "BART" project were the same way. Just an earlier way of making rotary valves. The tuba is obviously older - look at the "low pitch" extension.

Original Cerveny BBb "Tornister" has (to me) an even odder setup: bumpers in bellcrank as above but stops in the "S" links.
