Quintet needs a tuba player in Knoxville area

... or more precisely, in Maryville, TN. I've been playing with this quintet for about 3 years now, but a change in rehearsal schedule has made it impossible for me to continue (actually, I was about to give them notice anyway, as I'm trying to focus more on trombone). The group is decent -- not great -- and once in a blue moon we get paid a few bucks; but you'll still need your day job. It's fun, though, with a wide variety of music, including everything from baroque to big band. I can direct you to a video if you want to get an idea of the quality of the group.

Rehearsals are Thursdays, 7:00 PM. We've been rehearsing at my house, so I'm not sure where they'll move -- probably the director's place. If you live in Knoxville, you might be able to car pool with one of the guys who also lives there.
