Besson Euphonium ID '93 '94 B&S or Courtois Maker cues?

Tubeneter experts, I am interested in further ID of a recently acquired Besson 762 euphonium. From hornucopia I gather the year 1993 or 1994 which shows Courtois or B&S. The horn sounds nice, it's easy to play and the pitch looks workable on the tuner. The lacquer looks very good if it's over 21 years old. The valves are exceptionally smooth and fast. It hasn't seen much action.
Any visual cues for Courtois or B&S? The bell engraving includes MADE IN ENGLAND SERIAL# 8249xx

Why would a Besson from 1994 have been made anywhere but in England?

My 1999 Besson 981 Eb tuba was made to order (as all Besson tubas by then) in England.

The indication is vague at best. No mention of low brasses. I would have heard that my 981 had been made in Germany, if that had been the case. One may speculate that your 700-series non-compensating instrument was made outside of England.
