California Studio 3/4 CC tuba

Post by eupho »

I came across a video of this tuba on youtube. They are apparently sold in Spain. Does anyone know if they are available in the US or if they can be purchased from Spain? Thanks

Not sure about the smaller tuba, but the second video looks like a St. Pete CC branded under a different name.
Doesn't just look like, it clearly is engraved on the bell!

"California Studio" "California Music Pro" or "California Musica"
doesn't appear to mean a damn thing! pure "nothingness" but if you want to fly to Spain to check it out.........

Going to Spain is a GREAT idea, it's an amazing place. Just don't go because of this tuba. :)

It DOES look like a Lidl! I just checked on HornGuys. Good sounding 3/4.

I was trying to see what the engraving said on the bell in the video. If you go to 1:53 of the youtube clip, it says "California Music, Made by Josef Lidl, Czech Republic". I found it interesting that this is not a copy but actually made by Lidl with a different engraving on the bell.
