What is the make, model, key, approximate year of manufacture, etc.?

By the shape of the bell I would guess Czech/Russian, but other than that I have no clue. The strap ring and mouthpiece position seem to suggest Tournister, but It kinda looks like it is made from the same material as kitchen funnels!

Years ago, when I was still repairing, I did work for a shop in Philadelphia called Vintage Instruments on a small F tuba by a maker named Ignaz Stowasser. I do not remember Herr Stowasser's town of residence. The wrap on the Stowasser was very similar to the tuba in the photograph with the leadpipe coming off of the top bow opposite the bell.

The Stowasser makers are found in Grazlitz, Marburg-Germany, Graz & Wien in Austria, Budapest, and Verona.

Is that green plastic box a well known standard item?

If so somebody might tell the height and width of it, which would make it easier to get an idea about the length of the first slide.

The flange of the carrying ring is a distinct feature. The stay between the secondary bottom bow and the lower tuning slide receiver may also give a hint towards the maker.

The beer cans on the right of the instrument may be useful to gauge the size of the instrument.
