At the music fair Frankfurt 2015 there was a tuba from the
Beijing Lang Music Company
Does anybody have experience with tubas from this company?

Beijing Lang is a wholesaler, selling from various Chinese factories to the trade. I don't think they sell to individuals - not normally anyway.
