Rocky Mountain States ITEA Conference

Post by bigboom »

I was just wanting to see all the Tubenet'ers planning on going to RMS-ITEA this weekend. In cass you don't know about it yet you can still make it. It will be in Greeley, Colorado on the University of Northern Colorado campus Friday April 8th and Saturday April 9th. Here is the link to the website with the schedule and registration form:

Hope to see a bunch of you there, it looks like a great lineup of guests and clinicians.

I assume you are talking about the Greeley Jazz Festival, are you playing tuba or are you doubling on another instrument? If you are playing tuba I would like to come see what kind of stuff your Jazz band/ensemble are playing. Look for the Loveland High Jazz Band, I'll be the 3rd Bone player sitting on the end opposite from the bass bone.

If anyone is looking for Tuba Quartets or other Tuba/Euph music, please stop by the Kolacny Music booth. They will have many of the Cimarron Music charts on hand for sale. Including a couple Ken's charts (the poster a few up from this post).

Wish I could be there,

I'll be there to play with the jazz tuba ensemble. Should be a fun concert.
And I can't wait to smell that fresh Greeley air one more time...
