The one on the left looks like the tuning slides have been shortened enough for it to play in CC.

Maybe it's just the angle, but the one on the right appears to have a shorter 3rd bow compared to the one on the left. That may explain why that one has such a longer leadpipe.
The ad mentions that they made these in CC, so maybe some of the parts, like leadpipes, were swapped depending on what they had on hand or what tuning the customer wanted.
