Inflate Sousaphone with Helium ... watch Sousaphone player float up into the sky ...

Actually, the Sousaphone player appears to be seriously constipated ...

Looking at some other posters by the same team at the Costa Rica ad agency, pretty sure it is a 3D computer illustration. Very well made, and fun, but not real.

Sorry - it would have been a fun pool toy!
