CSO Tuba Solo in Soundings

Not sure if anyone else posted, but there is a good sized Pokorny solo around the 10 minute mark of Carter's "Soundings" available in an online streaming recording. Plus Mahler 3.

Yup, this helped me to make sense out of it when we did it here a few years ago. It's an interesting piece. Gene told me that he thanked Carter for writing a "tuba concerto."
