Hey tubenet, I've been using this book a lot an have lost the "scale and cross training regimen" 1 and 2 from the back, could anyone send me those two pages by chance?

I read the title and mentally parsed:

"George Patton daily routines"

and visualized a General in front of a huge American flag, wearing a highly polished, sterling silver sousaphone and saying:
