URGENT: Instruments for use in Germany

Gentlemen and Gentlewomen of tubenet,
I come to you in a time of need. In about one month's time I and another associate of mine will be in Germany for a tour with a brass ensemble. However, we at the moment will be without instruments and have been tasked with finding and arranging for instruments to be used. I was wondering if anyone here would be able to point me in a direction to look in hopes of arranging the use of instruments for a week long period in the area of Trier, Germany.
