I might try that...There's a brush that is used for the texture...but these areas are too small for that...

Maybe, I could mash a piece of Tolex (to "print" on it) into the nearly-dry bedliner material...(??)
I haven't seen it advertised for a while but there used to be kits on the market for the purpose of repairing Vinyl tops and Naugahyde-covered furniture. You slathered on some rubbery stuff and then embossed the stuff before it set up with a piece of material with the grain on it.
