5th valve rotor for Yamaha YEP-321 Euphonium

I hope I'm remembering this correctly - in a recent thread, did someone mention that there's a company that's presently offering a flat whole step rotor in a replacement 4th valve slide for Yamaha YEP-321 Euphoniums? If so, what company is that? Sorry, I lost track of the thread I'm thinking of.

The euphonium 5th rotors are available through The Horn Guys. Here is the link; http://www.hornguys.com/euphstauffervalve.php" target="_blank. Im not sure how its ordered.
