Re: bow dimensions requested for YBB-321 / YBB-201
Joe... I parted out two YBB-201 tubas long ago. I have those bows around here somewhere. The only problem I might have is identifying the top from the bottom, etc. since everything is apart and scattered. I'll have a look around in the morning.

Looks like there may be an option for you, but the lack of replies might be a matter of season and of ownership for most of these top valved BBb tubas.
A few years back Dennis Askew published a series of photos from the TubaChristmas he leads in NC. I noted the very high percentage of top valved BBb tubas, to which DA replied that they were school owned.

Another alternative to the Yamaha parts is Eastman. I used the branches from the Eastman 4/4 tuba and 3/4 tuba to the Yamaha counterparts. They fit perfectly and were VERY inexpensive. It was far cheaper to replace the tube then to pay the tech in my shop to dedent the tube. Just an idea.
I'll try anything once. Twice if I like it!

Bloke, I have a YBB-321 with the plastic valve guides at home (I'm not there now) but if you still need measurements I can probably measure mine this weekend and get them to you.
