Probably right. The 'keel' looks correct. But with the crummy images and no bell logo or garland... it might not be GDR at all. I could be one of the Sanders 'Imperial' tubas from the 80's. At any rate... it's either a B & S or a good 'copy'. Those are usually good horns.
