These are comparable/similar to the Olds tubas, correct? I could use a budget Bb...

Speaking of the 3V Olds 99, someone in south Florida put two of them up, one with a mashed bottom bow for $375 and a much nicer one for $1300 with case.

Thanks for the plug Donn. :) I need to take some new pics of the cheap one. Have done some work on the bow and it looks better now. Still not great but adequate for yard apes to practice on. And yes, the Reynolds is identical to the Olds. If I was anywhere near Detroit I'd grab it.
