At Home Dent Removal?

I purchased my Conn 56J in 2001 and it has only 1 small dent in it (praise Jesus). The dent is VERY shallow and is in the straight portion of the leadpipe a few inches from where it screws into the valve cluster. I took a brass repair class in college and I feel comfortable with tools.

Shy of buying myself dent balls or something of that nature, is there a "home remedy" for removing such a shallow dent? If I can find such an appropriate tool I could have the dent removed in a matter of seconds.

I don't know of a good way to remove a dent in a leadpipe using common household items. You need several sizes of dent balls and a cable puller. without the proper tools, your chances of making a mess of things are very good. Take it to a repair shop.
