There is a piston HB-2(P) at Baltimore Brass. That is the only one I know of, currently. If you want a rotor, hopefully someone here will message you.

My concern with that horn is that it only have 4 valves

In my experience, the four valve HB-2s have been slightly better than the five valve. I love my five valve, but I found the four valve slightly freer to play. Just a thought...

+1. And the 4 valves were/are called HB-1P...

The four valve example Baltimore Brass had at the 2014 ITEC was a splendid tuba. Like the OP, I didn't want to spend what they were asking for it as a four valve, and eventually got a five valve (also from BBC). But that was a free-blowing, responsive tuba with exactly the silky resonance that was the reason I was looking for a 2P. BBC has had this one for a while, and it's gone out for trial at least once, I believe, so they (or the consignor) might be open to an offer.
