Turn into this^!
Not bad for my first try. $2.21 and ten minutes with a welder and grinder and boom, say goodbye to the awkward third valve slide pull on my 186! Plus it's completely removable! Just thought I'd share.

Very cool! How is the brass rod attached to the part that clamps to the tube?

I welded it to the head of the bolt (it's a steel rod)... actually to be honest by girlfriend did that part for me 8)
