This sounds dangerous. Wiki Entry. Aside from the errors on the wiki page, I believe when it says "... is a toxic solution" and "... is falsely and dangerously promoted as a cure for HIV, malaria, hepatitis viruses, the H1N1 flu virus, common colds, autism, acne, cancer, and more. There have been no clinical trials to provide evidence in support of these claims"MaryAnn wrote:Four drops of activated chlorine dioxide with four drops of DMSO in four ounces of water.

I went to a community orchestra kick-off pot luck and had to pull over to throw up on the way home. I hope whomever made the suspect dish is more careful preparing their music for others to hear than they were in preparing food for others to eat. Can't wait for the first rehearsal to see how many got sick.

Re: What are YOU drinking right now?
made my first and am drinking my first ever Manhattan. A friend of mine always gets a manhattan when we go out and I always thought it sounded pretty good. I like a good whisky, bourbon, rye, Canadian, scotch, etc... so I went out and bought the ingredients and made one for myself tonight (all in the interest of edification of course). not bad, but I think I would rather just have the rye on the rocks. a little too sweet for my taste, will have to try a dry manhattan next time.

What kind of vermouth did you use? I've found that good (even "better") vermouth makes a big difference.

Re: What are YOU drinking right now?
I was served a glass of this on the house at my favorite wine bar recently and the sommilier got me hooked. This is not your typical California Rose. It is light, crisp and not at all sweet. Just ordered a case a $9 a bottle because I got tired of paying $9 a glass at the wine bar. Can't get it in the store locally but now I don't need to.

Nothing, dammit! Spent all morning in the Dr. office and came out with a prescription lasting two weeks that I cannot drink any alcohol with. Why do they let them manufacture medicine like that?
