Ha Ha,
Thanks for the welcome home and I am missing Kimchee right now, but luckily there is a whole Korean area on the NE side of Atlanta.
I love the sound of my PT6, but almost all of the horns that I have played that other folks own, that are just amazing (stock horns with a few mods, not frankenhorns) they have stripped all or some of their laquer (for example just the bell stripped). So, I guess I'm always looking to make my horn better. I probably should have had Matt tweak my horn when I was in Jersey (and at Dillon). Does anyone know what exactly he does? he does some majic stuff down there.
I've also thought about Freezing my horn too. Has anyone done this? The testimonials on the Brass bow site are by some heavy duty players and they all love it. Yeah, I know I should stop fooling with my horn and go practice, but after when you get a horn back after it's been tweaked and it all just seems to fall together, it's hard not to think about how you can make a hron even better.
