Don't know if this seller will honor your terms, bloke, but at least he deserves a "bump."

Bloke obviously plans to live forever... or at least after the great Ploygdar Invasion of 2032.bloke wrote: ...with one balloon payment made by me which comes due in 480 months.
But I say too much. You must not know the troubles to befall you, lest they be much worse than already seen.

30% interest compounded over 40 years on a principal of $38,000 comes out to $494,000. This might be a record price paid for a toobah.
Make it an even $500K and I'll consider it.

Ha! I don't think you would like the terms of my agreement paperwork.

Oh, don't worry. The agreement would be set up with the highest preference against the assets remaining in your estate (or trust) at the time of your death. The full amount of the balloon payment would come off the top of your assets (accelerated payment based on your "life event"), so estate taxes wouldn't come into play. There would also be restrictions on the treatment of your assets between now and that time to prevent any funny business, with the note being called in full based on certain events or changes in your balance sheet.
I'm really positive you wouldn't like the terms.
