FS: PT-7p $7500 (pics added)

I am selling my lacquered PT-7. Bottom bow and bell are both in great condition with no dents. Custom work includes floated leadpipe, 3rd valve and main tuning slides are reversed on one side. This is a great tuba with a great sound, solid low register and intonation. I am wanting something a little smaller to play with my quintet. Will not consider trade. This is the same model that Andy Smith used to win the Chicago Lyric Opera. Great instrument for someone who is interested in a 6/4. Plays a lot like the PT6p but with a darker sound. I love the tuba and hate to see it go but I have purchased something smaller and need the money now.

This is a great horn for someone looking for a legit 6/4+ horn. Plays huge with little effort.

I've played this horn a few times in the past and can say it plays extremely well. It has the versatility and playability of a small horn accompanied with the sound of a big horn. I'm fairly certain about anyone who decides to play test the horn will really like it a lot.
