Yep! 25 CHF + 30 CHF for shipping... that's a little more than $55 US. Sounds a little spendy for finger paddles, but that's only a little more than $130 for a set of 4. Maybe with the money you saved by buying Chinese...? :P

FYI, I just bought a handful of these. I only want one for myself, but wanted to make the shipping costs worthwhile.

I'm going to post them for sale here when I get a chance, the price will be my break-even cost... the cost of the coin + a fraction of the shipping from Switzerland, plus shipping to you here in the US.

I'll post a proper FS ad in the next day or two... but they are .835 silver, 33 mm (~1.3 inches), and weigh 20 g (about 0.7 oz). A little bigger than a US half dollar.

If you want to add real value to your instrument, coins may not be the answer.

Get your self a set of 4 of the largest bill you can afford.

Wrap one around each paddle and fasten with rubber bands.

Right, that seems to me like a much better way than solder. Especially for someone like me with minimal solder skill, I hate soldering objects like coins that soak up a lot of heat.
