Putting this great horn back on the market!
I have a Miraphone 1291 that I am selling. The horn is in excellent condition and is one of the better 1291 models that I have played. The horn is silver, and has a few dents in the bell that have been rolled out by Dana Hofer in Des Plaines, IL (which in all honesty helped open up the horn a little bit, it has significantly better resonance than before) who also built a custom thumb ring to replace the old Miraphone one. The usual dings exist, one small one in the bottom bow, a few along the side...you'd have to look hard to find them. I am located in Chicago, IL/Milwaukee, WI areas and would prefer not to ship.
Asking price is $7,500 and comes with a Miraphone gig bag and Al Baer euro shank CC piece.
