WTT: Willson 3050RZ for...

Post by bort »

I'm exploring this possibility:

Trading my Willson 3050RZ for your medium/large rotary CC tuba of similar quality. I can't add any cash to the deal, but would consider your tuba + cash, as appropriate.

My main goal in this is to move to a tuba that's a little smaller than the Willson, which I consider to be a true 5/4 tuba. So if you want something a little bigger... I want something a little smaller... let's talk! :tuba:

Your tuba:
-- Must be European
-- No Cerveny, no Marzan (Both can be great, but have been down this road before)
-- Must have 5 valves
-- Must be in CC (sorry, I think the BBb ship has sailed)

Most interested in a Miraphone Bruckner, Hirsbrunner, Rudy Meinl 4/4, or Alex 163 (newer model).

Send me a PM if you're interested. I am in Minneapolis.

Would consider a Meinl Weston 2155 as well.

Photos of the Willson to come this weekend!

Bump!

I have a few irons in the fire... but wanted to see if anything else might be out there. I'm not in a huge rush, but need to wrap this up one way or another before mid-July.

Again, if you're looking for a bigger tuba, I am looking for a smaller tuba.

These tubas are not only gorgeous, but will last forever and pay extremely well.
