Conn 3J - SOLD

Post by Ken Crawford »

Conn 3J for sale. This is an excellent little CC horn if you want an easy to carry and easy to play tuba. Intonation is pretty great, no need for slide pulling. It's in excellent condition, no dents, although close inspection reveals that dents have been repaired. Raw brass. Valves were just re-plated at Anderson. Serial number says it was manufactured in February 1979. Comes with Wessex gig bag. If you want an easy to play and light weight American tuba, this is it. Located in eastern Idaho, willing to ship. $2500

Update: I'll be driving from Idaho to Minneapolis next weekend. If that brings the dream of owning this horn closer, let me know.
