I apologize if this question has been asked in a previous thread, but does anyone know where I can get the score and parts for the Lebedev concerto with full orchestra? Thank you!

It was published by Hofmeister in Leipzig and clearly says for Concerto for Bass Trombone/Tuba and orchestra. If there is an orchestral edition, that publisher (Hofmeister) may still have it.
