Hard Cases for three valve King Tuba model 1140

Post by capt_tuba »

Trying to help a colleague of mine, he is a middle school band director who lucked upon three King model 1140 tubas that the high school was getting rid of. Spent a little bit of money on them and now he has three functioning horns with no cases. Anyone have one or three hard cases that they are wanting to get rid of. His plan now is to buy a new one every couple of years, so I thought I would help him out and see if there was anything out there. It is a small horn (16 in bell, 31.5 in long). Thanks!!!

Correction, the horn is 34 inches long and a 15 inch bell.

Check out options at 1800usaband.com (Taylor Music). They are fairly likely to have an option that would work.
