Hi,
So I'm just looking for some suggestions for where I can find new valve caps for my King 2341.
It's an older model so it has the smaller valve caps. I really like the smooth look of the valve caps on the new 2341's.
I realize those would not work on my tuba, because the tops of the valves are a different size.
If anyone has any suggestions on a good website where I can look, please let me know.
This is a purely cosmetic desire. The valves are a little loud, but nothing some new felts couldn't fix.
Cheers,

Re: Valve caps
I, too, have an older 2341 (thanks York-aholic!).
I'm not really a fan of the stock convex mother of pearl buttons.
I replaced them with stock King sousaphone buttons:

All dimensions are the same. Plug and play.
Smooth and slightly concave. Love 'em.
They're not as big as the new King buttons, though. So, if that's what you're after, they won't help.

Re: Valve caps
As another poster said... new style 2341 caps and fingerbuttons will replace what you have with no modifications. Have your tech buy them from Conn-Selmer.
