Looks Bohemian, Amati-ish or so. Amati had/has a whole line of 3TP student euphs and tubas, often stenciled for U.S. import or as this one seems to be, unbranded. The little tubas in this line played very well but as expected, small bore trombone like voices.

The ferrules are Holton-ish. This looks like nothing more than a few-hundred-dollar student horn.

No on else has drawn attention to the old stle (leather?) top loading case. It looks to be in good condition at a glance so that would imply either it is very well cared for, or it is not so old as such a case would indicate, at least to me. Not to stereotype too badly, but i wouldn't be surprised if someone in Texas took better care of leather than the average New Englander....

Anyway i think i have exceeded my limit for speculation at this point. Sorry about that.
Thanks for playing!

Well I'm probably an idiot for buying this India made POS, but I drove 2 hours from Victoria to get it and didn't feel like leaving empty handed. At least I have something shaped like a brass instrument now that I can start building my chops back up on and when I can afford something better I can use it as a planter...or wall art I guess.
One week they love me.
Next week they hate me.
Both weeks I got paid.
