Are you talking about the six-note run from Cb up to Gb? What tempo is the conducting taking this? It shouldn't be too fast.

I played that piece last season with the Brooklyn Wind Symphony. It's the one time in band rep that I thought to myself "wow, this is way easier on CC tuba". (Says the guy who's thinking about switching back to BBb).

On BBb I would just play that 24, 1, 23 (same for both octaves) and call it a day. It's just a major triad. If your brain and your ears know that... your lips will take care of the intervals.

On a BBb tuba, try playing the low Cb note with 123 instead of 24. It goes by so quick that intonation should not be an issue. That makes it easy to go 123 - 1 - 23 - 12 - 1 - 23 so the hand is simply rocking between positions, and it leaves the weaker 4th finger out of the way. (Remember - I started low brass on a sousaphone, so 3-valve fingerings come naturally to me.)

Looks like a C-flat arpeggio to me.

We just played this on our last concert.

Audio for this segment here!

+10 to iiipopes on starting this with a 123 first note on a BBb tuba. I was going back and forth with this for quite some time and the 123 combo helps get off the first note faster (for me).
Playing these all short short short will help with the feel of the line too.

Hope this helps.
